They were also very generous and send some flavored wood chips, which we are excited to try!! I highly recommend this products to anybody looking for a smoker. Great customer service! I bought this smoker kit for my husband for Father's Day. He loves it and uses it regularly, very simple design and works with multiple cups sizes. We also love the smell that fills the house, we can't wait to try the other flavors of wood! Which is another bonus, the ability to get different wood flavors is awesome. The biggest issue we have is that the butane lighter only works about half the time. If the lighter worked better my review would be 4-5 stars.
