She loves it. I can't say it will make you a better artist, but I can say it provides a good model to help you with drawing hands or hand positions. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Read measurements carefully *by I***O on Reviewed in the United States on 10 January 2023* I already had a larger hand from IKEA, but that ended up being used as decoration. So I wanted both a right and left hand that I don't need to take down each time I want to practice drawing.I ordered the 7 inch hands, and they are much smaller than I anticipated, but after reviewing the measurements, they are exactly as described. So that is on me.These are actually really cute. The range of motion is as much as the larger hand I have, which isn't great, but if it were more, I think the hand would also bend unnaturally. One criticism I do have is that the base doesn't seem heavy enough, so if the wrist is bent, the hand will tip. That limits the poses a bit.For people using these to learn to draw, it isn't a stand alone tool. Just like a wooden mannequin isn't a stand alone tool for learning to draw the human figure. But when used with books, videos, photos, drawing your own hand, it definitely has a place. And they just look cool, too.For decorations, these are cute holding air plants, or they can be painted or decordated with pyrography (wood burning). This smaller size would be perfect in a mixed media sculpture. ## Frequently Bought Together - Bleiou 7 Inch Wooden Art Drawing Mannequin Left and Right Hand Art Sectioned Model for Sketch, Painting - HSOMiD 12'' Artists Wooden Manikin Jointed Mannequin Perfect for Home Decoration/Drawing The Human Figure (A) - HSOMiD Flexible Wooden Hand Model Moveable Wooden Artists 12 Inches Hand Model for Sketching Drawing Painting Home Office Desk Decoration12 Inch Left and Right Hand 1 Set 12Inch Hands --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/383018688-bleiou-wooden-art-mannequin-hand-7-inch-art-sectioned-left](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/383018688-bleiou-wooden-art-mannequin-hand-7-inch-art-sectioned-left) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
