Does this model have the bottom part tented instead of flat so the grease can move away and not flare up?

no this is greasy bottom that you have to clean up otherwise it’s catching fire just like any other flat bottom bbq , i had it for 5 years camping and this saturday regulator and valve went out so funny thing reg&valve is 45$ and new grill is 65$

No. You'll have to buy is separate. Expect to spend an additional $90-100 for a cast iron grill.

Where is this item manufactured?

China as confirm on the box. Sad since it is a classic manufacturer and they have shift much manufacturing to China. For me, considering the Chinese government, products made in China have a much lower value than products made in U.S.A. I would have paid much more for an American made product.
