Got this for my 3 year old grand daughters birthday and it fits perfectly. I can't even tell you how cute she looks in this dress. Best of all, she loves it so much she not only wears it every day...she tries to sleep in it! Its a lot cuter in person and a lot fluffier than I expected. Pretty good quality.
