What are the #s like 680 RTS? What is the difference in the numbers?

I have no idea, I don't see that # anywhere on the container. All I know is tht it works, have been using for 2 summers and am happy with the effectiveness. Also it doesn't interest my dog so I feel safe using it

What effect does it have on birds and/or squirrels?

The stuff that was put out this year said it was pet and child safe - I bought it at fleet farm and used it for camping. You would have to ask the manufacturer but it never bothered our dog.
