SIRUI 75mm F1.8 1.33X APS-C Anamorphic Cine Lens (E Mount) for a6400 / FX30

I bought 2 lenses 23mm and 75mm from these guys I had a minor issue with delivery and they were immediately back to me and helped sort the problem. I will be buying from them again soon. And these lenses are fantastic on my Pocket cam.

I love this lens. It produces a beautiful cinematic look for both video and stills. The build quality is high - full metal construction feels solid and reliable. Focus and aperture rings are smooth with just the right amount of resistance for precise focusing. Being manual focus I've found that it's essential to punch in to check everything is sharp at wider apertures and essential when wide open - focus peaking (on A7iv) isn't accurate enough to rely on but get's you very close. A quick punch in and tweak and you're golden. This lens flares easily so if you don't like flares this lens isn't for you but personally it's one of the highlights for me - the flares have that distinct anamorphic look I was after. Bokeh rendering is also quite lovely, though not quite as anamorphic looking as cinema grade lenses but still pleasant. I'm so impressed I've just ordered the 24mm.

Und diese in blau und präsent haben möchte bekommt hier das Objektiv dafür zu einem unglaublichen Preis. Die flairs sind sehr kräftig und blau im Bild zu sehen, der Sqeete Faktor von 1,33 ist bei einer 16:9 Aufnahme dann in Post zu 2,35:1 (kino breitbild) entzerrbar. Und durch die Brennweite entstehen auch die charakteristischen ovalen Bokehballs im Hintergrund. Kinogefühl home made für APSC

J’adore le SIRUI 75 mm F1.8 1,33X apsc! Après mes 24, 35 et 50 mm, ce 75 mm confirme tout ce que j’aime chez Sirui : un bokeh magnifique, une qualité optique top et ce rendu ciné unique. Même si c’est du S35 (APSC) donc en crop sur mon panasonic S5 iix et S1, je rêve déjà de passer sur du Full Frame pour profiter de cette magie sur tous mes plans. Chaque utilisation me donne encore plus envie d’explorer l’univers Sirui !

Recientemente compré el 24 mm de la misma línea de objetivos a otro vendedor. El color no es nada parecido, mucho mejor el 24 mm. Lástima que el período de cambio/devolución terminó. No me habría podido dar cuenta de este fallo hasta no tener el nuevo objetivo. No sé si me vendieron una unidad defectuosa o todos son así, pero este 75 mm tiene un color más verde amarillento que el 24 mm, requiriendo corrección en postproducción, para efectos prácticos es inservible. Un juguete caro.

Pretty great cinematic look! Only downside is that you have to manually edit the footage to not be stretched later but that’s common with anamorphic lenses. It’s also very heavy but that’s how I know it’s built well!! Great lens for a starter filmmaker.
