Had my gallbladder out 10 years ago. My digestion was better than before for years. Lately I've really struggled with oilier or slightly heavier food. I've been taking this for months now and it really helps with my digestion. The flavor is kind of strong but I like it. It lasts for a month or more for me so not a bad value for money. A medication would be more and I opt for a more natural approach with my health.
