But none come close to the value of Rhino. Rhino gives outstanding high quality for a great price! Rhino's nylon webbing quality is noticeably better quality than competitors. R. C. For those of you who don’t read code...this stands for People’s Republic of China. Sounds like they are able to confuse some of their customers with the company name of Rhino USA. The straps do seem to be made of nice heavy duty webbing and the cams are also heavy duty. **Q: These look like a direct knock-off/copy of a PowerTye american tie-downs I bought 12 years ago right down to the labeling but these are made in china?** A: The tie downs we purchased are made in USA by a family run business. Best tie downs we have ever owned. **Q: Is there a hook on each end of the strap? (Not shown.) Jeff** A: Yes there is a hook on each end. I use a separate loop type strap over the handlebar of my bike to prevent marring, but the hook will fit the standard 7/8" handle bar. These are great straps that release much more easily than the other cam-type straps I have used. Pricey but worth the money. **Q: What material are the webbing/straps made from? Nylon, polyester, polypropylene?** A: I wrote directly to Rhino with the same question and received a prompt reply. (My question referenced the cam buckle straps so I can't say if the ratchet straps are the same.) Rhino has an online warranty form that’s easy to fill out and upload pictures of the issue. They were quick to fulfill my warranty claim and had a free replacement in a few days. Absolutely incredible customer support!! I’ll praise Rhino as a company going forward for this. It’s these little details that differentiate companies and they certainly stand behind their products! Go Rhino! I bought these straps back in February and unfortunately I didn’t use them until now (April). Today on my first use, I almost lost my dirt bike off my trailer because one of the latch mechanisms is defective and doesn’t stay tight. I’ve attached a video to show how the strap slides through the buckle and doesn’t keep tight. Not sure what to do now. I’m going to attempt to drive slow and hopefully get my bike back home safe.
