I an new to Diamond Painting and heard people talk about rulers. Thought I'd give them a try and am glad I did. My first few paintings look great on the wall. The 4th, I used the rulers on and WOW! What a difference. The painting is about 12" from me, and it's difficult to tell if the drills are round or square--they are thatclosetogether!Taking the rulers off can be a bit tricky the first couple times, but practice makes perfect. Making sure the drills are firmly pressed down, using a roller and removing slowly also helps. I have some hand issues and would love to see a HUGE ruler...maybe 35 or 40 cm x 35 or 40 cm. Placing and removing 3 or 4 times would be much better than 15 to 20 times.I HIGHLY recommend the rulers (haven't had to use the straighteners yet). The second set I ordered for my God daughter should arrive today!

You must watch a YouTube vid to learn to use. I am just as fast or slow using it than not, but the rows are nice and neat when I use it. Be warned, it’s very sharp

2 out of 3 of these broke when using. Some beads stick in the stencil when removing it; however, it's a small price to pay to keep your beads in line.

Like that items are easy to use but dislike items break after use several times. It is also very flimsy.

They work fantastic. Hard to get off and bend easy. But I love them and I'm happy I got them

The items say they are for size 141 like my drills and I am able to fill them in easily. The problem comes with removal. It drags quite a few drills off the design with removal. I figure if I have to replace 20 out of 1040, that's not too bad...

Helps you see the pattern on the canvas better. And helps them all line up perfectly. Comes in 140, 140.5 and 141 sizes. 1020 open spots on the mesh/canvas. You will see the difference in your finished product.
