Average product not eligible to maximum star.
Average product. Can buy but price according to high. I can believe the people give maximum Star to low grade product. Other similar products they have adjuster can buy because our surface are not smooth and plane so easily adjust this down side.

Completely useless – do not buy
Do not buy this item. After placing the washing machine on these pads, the vibration increased significantly, and the machine even started slipping. It does not hold the machine in place at all. The worst product ever, total waste of money.
