For some reason this battery died in less than a year. I contacted the seller and they sent a new one immediately as part of their warranty. Thank you for your great customer service

I wish the battery would have lasted longer. It only lasted 1.5 years before completely dying. It will not charge. It will not run. The lights do not glow anymore to even show a charge. It’s just dead. I tried a bunch of chargers which work my other batteries.

This battery works well & I love not having a cord on my vacuum & the battery lasted for about a year. The new battery is good, but it takes a very long time to charge.

We were somewhat satisfied with the cordless vacuum, then the battery died. Toss it or buy the new bigger battery? We're course the battery and are very happy we did. It lasts quite a bit longer the the original. Hopefully it will last longer than a year, as that is all we got from the original battery.

This battery did not work. I used my original batteries until I fully charged the new battery. My vacuum only ran about 30 sec and the thermal overload tripped. I did what the manufacture suggest and tried again and had the same result. After my original battery was charged I installed it and the unit ran fine until the battery was dead. I also noticed with this replacement battery that very quickly the vacuum was blowing out higher heat than my originals. I don't know if the battery is putting more power into the vacuum causing these issues but I would suggest testing it as soon as possible. unfortunately I missed the amazon return window or I would have returned it for a refund.

Out of the box/used it for 4 days review: Suprisingly good! Usually aftermarket batteries are kinda meh, if they aren't DOA. Arrived at about 50% charge (which is perfectly acceptable by the way!), charged quickly. Running flat out - full power it lasted a bit longer than I expected. Running head to head with a 1 month old Dyson this battery in a Hoover outlasted the Dyson by a margin. Have cycled the battery a few times now and it has gotten even better.If anything changes I'll update this review.
