I won't lie. ! Given the price of this product my expectations weren't so high , but at most I was hoping it would do a little something until I found another product. Well I don't have to look no further, cuZ this is it. About 3 weeks before Christmas my husband got a Pitt Bull Puppy, and then surprised me 5/7 days from Christmas with my pitbull/bully puppie born November 4th. We got her early, cuz mama wasn't doing good. Anyways you could only imagine how it was training 2 puppies, and even though they are getting better they still have accidents. This right here is an absolute savior for my hardwood floors , and not only that it makes my floors look great. No matter what I did I couldn't get that puppies accident smell out of my hardwood floors not even with vinegar. When this arrived I cleaned my floors as usual then did my floors wall to wall , and the smell is gone. When I walked in from doing some running around that was the test , and it passed. I walked in , and no smell , but a fresh clean smell. I highly recommend this for anyone with hardwood floors training pets , or even have elder pets that can't help themselves. I'm so so soooo happy I got this product

This works really well for puppy accidents. It removes urine odor completely instead of just covering it up, which helps prevent repeat spots. Easy to use, effective on carpets and floors, and doesn’t leave a strong chemical smell. A must-have for potty training.

Does well in killing the odor of urine and poop after it's picked up and I feel it works better to keep a spot from continuing to smell bad afterwards. However, my dogs will still go back to the same spot so I can't say it stops them from still smelling where they went before. The smell is pretty strong. It's not a lovely scented light smell that you will want to smell all the time but it definitely neutralizes the spot and then kills the poop smell if there is anything in the air.

I used this maybe 10 years ago when my dog was a puppy. She doesn't have accidents anymore, but we recently took care of a friend's puppy and it peed everywhere, notably hitting every single cushion on my couch with the pee also soaking into the base of sofa. I purchased some cheap enzyme cleaner at the nearby grocery store which had a strong lemon scent, but even after treating the base 3X I could still smell the urine (along with the awful strong lemon smell). Every time I put the cushions back over the base the washed cushion covers would end up smelling like urine again. Puppy pee is really lethal. T_____T I remembered this worked pretty well so I repurchased and after one soak and dry the urine smell is completely gone, along with the lemon smell. Yes, those other treatments probably did help break down some of the contamination, but it wasn't until I used this product that the smell actually went away. The scent is pleasant enough for me, it smells like generic laundry detergent. Definitely would recommend. Glad it's still an effective product.

A lifesaver while raising my pup. Our 4-month-old pup has been having potty issues in our apartment, and this has been a lifesaver during this time. From small cleanups to wetting the whole dog bed, it has been amazing. It works great at getting the smell out of fabric, and the scent is pretty good. The bottle size is a good value for the cost, compared to the alternatives as well.

I don’t normally write reviews but this stuff saved my sanity. I got a small breed puppy and she just did not get potty training. She would go outside most of the time and then for whatever reason would just go on the floor like once or twice a week. This was at 9 months of age. She was kennel trained and I had her gated into one area of the house. There also was no rhyme or reason for it thought maybe it was rain but nope she didn’t care about the weather. So in desperation I searched the internet and found this stuff. Thought I’d give it a try as she did seem to go in one area of the house. Thought maybe eventhough I cleaned maybe she could still smell it. Almost instantly it worked. After 9 mo of trying everything I was finally able to let her roam the rest of the house and take down the dang gate. Thank you for this great product I hope this review helps other puppy parents.

I've always been a dog person, and it's been years since I've had just 1 dog- we usually have 3, so I've cleaned more than my fair share of dog messes. At any one given time chances are pretty good that we'll either be training a new puppy or have an elderly dog who doesn't always make it outside on time. I've used a lot of different cleaners over the years on my rugs & vinyl flooring but this is the only one that really gets rid of the urine smell and stains. I just wish this had a different smell, I dislike the smell so much that even if the accident happens in winter I have to open my windows to air it out. That being said after I do air out the house you can lay on the floor and not smell urine. Right now I have only one elderly dog who might have an accident once a month, and no puppies, so this big bottle will last us years.
