You just snap the camera into the stand and set it up anywhere — no need to mount it to a wall. I’ve used it at family members’ homes and even around different rooms in our house. It’s lightweight, packs easily, and still gives a great wide-angle view. I love that it still works with the Breathing Motion Monitoring, and it remembers Wi-Fi networks, so setup is super quick. The only downside is that it doesn’t track sleep like the wall mount, but that’s not a big deal for us when we’re on the go. I also had to find the right surface to get the best angle, but once you figure that out, it works great. Overall, it’s a smart and super useful accessory. I definitely recommend it for parents who want flexibility with their baby monitor!

My original stand broke. It would not snap my camera into place and easily fall off, which would mess up my connection. This stand is the Nanit replacement. It attached perfectly, keeping my camera secure. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a replacement stand.

I didn't plan to use the Nanit when traveling as I wasn't sure how easy it would be. I purchased this during prime sales as it was on sale and I'm so glad I did. I now use this all the time when going to my parents house and also on a few short trips this summer. It is so easy to remove the Nanit from my wall mount and connect it to this. I will say the video view when connected to the travel stand versus the wall mount is very different. You can see more of the room and crib with the travel monitor, which is nice if traveling. The travel stand view seems more like a traditional monitor to me in the way it views . Also some of the features do not work on the travel stand, but as a temporary item while traveling it is great! All of the differences are not enough for me to not use it or regret the purchase.

Worked perfectly as a replacement for our broken Nanit adaptor

If you’re obsessed with your Nanit and you plan on traveling, this is a must. Even if you’re a homebody like me, this is so helpful to watch baby while they take naps around the house. You want to cook and baby fell asleep in her pack and play halfway across the house? No worries. Nanit flex stand to the rescue. Be aware that a lot of the features don’t work while using the flex stand though. It becomes a simplified video/audio camera with no extra features, but good enough to get the job done in a jiffy

I use this for travel. I love it. Just take camera off wall at home and hook up wifi and go. I bought the hard case for it to which I recommend. UPDATE: after 13 months the bar snapped when I was moving it. Still worth the money since not too expensive.

As we try to introduce more formalised nap times, this camera has been very helpful in monitoring my baby’s movements and wake times. The camera has a sturdy foam base which means it can be balanced firmly on the corner of our cot. The app is very easy to use so set up did not take long. The sound and picture quality is great. I like that you can select white noise sounds to play to baby through the camera. My only pain point is that in a dark room the camera has four red dots on its screen which my baby notices and therefore is distracted (preventing him from falling back to sleep). Would still recommend!

This travel stand for the Nanit Camera is definitely recommended for all owners of a Nanit Camera, especially those parents that travel with their child, or don’t want to use the wall or tall stand mounts for the camera. It is worth the price, especially to allow for the flexibility to move the camera to other rooms in the house or for travelling. It is easy to use, and fits easily into bags, or a case that is sold separately to house the stand and the camera.

Has a solid l weighted base that prevents the stand from easily tipping over. Convenient and portable. We can easily place it around the apartment.

Very frustrated. We used it for one holiday and then when we brought it away the following time it stopped working. Expensive and useless.

With this travel stand, you can bring the Nanit anywhere! We took it to a cottage and it came in very handy. We also often use it when our baby takes naps outside of his crib so we can keep an eye on him at all times. It’s worth every penny!
