BSNL FTTH is not supported by default
Tenda HG6 Model mandatorily requires Firmware update to support BSNL FTTH? I have checked that BSNL is not supported by default. Some people wrote that tenda modems needs firmware update to support BSNL. Today I called to Tenda Support after 6 P.M. nobody there to answer my phone call and response back to my email. I am not sure about the seller of the product if he/she could help. Otherwise direct return if nobody can resolve the issues.

Not worth it.
The signal carries for a decent distance but even when there's signal, if the device isn't close enough, internet through this is bad. '6db antennae' is a gimmick, at least in this case. You're better off getting a generic ONT and then using a wifi router. The onboard wifi is only good for short distances

Good product with no technical support
Working very good when compare to local gpon wifi routers as i have used secureye and netlink as well, no issue till date. this product has usb functionality but there is no documentation on how to use and even when usb installed there is no sort of enabling network share and when mailed to tech support for the same there is no response since 3 months. and there is no way to upgrade firmware as of now to check if usb is disabled by software or not
