Excellent Value Bench For The Money
FLYBIRD Workout Bench, Adjustable Weight Bench Foldable Strength Training Bench for Home. Solid bench. Padding thickness and height are perfect. Can't be beat for less than $200. Adjusts from flat to incline to decline literally in 1-2 seconds. With the foot pads it is also good for incline situps and crunches. Easily folds down to a very compact storage size. Very satisfying purchase.

Great Bench
I'm 5'9" 180lbs this bench is the perfect size for me.It's stable, comfortable, the adjustments work well, and its easy to fold up.The only problem I've had is with the plastic feet falling off when I drag the bench around the garage. They are meant to be rotated to accommodate uneven floors. Not a big problem,

6'1" person and like this bench!
First and foremost - this is not an $800-$1000 gym bench. However, it's a great home bench. I'm 6'1" and this bench fits me well. I feel supported when using it and it comes 99% assembled. There are many adjustments (decline / incline) and it is sturdy. It is a little taller than most benches from what I have read - but I like that being taller. For the price - I love it. I'm not pressing 500lbs - I'm using dumbells and have no issues. I have a JayFlex bar that I use - but have no bar rack, but when using a spotter to hand me the bar - have had no issues with stability or comfort.

Great bench, but.....
This is a great bench. Almost completely assembled, sturdy, good padding, easily adjusts, etc. The bench (when flat) could be an inch or two lower, seems a little high (I'm 5'-9") but not a deal breaker. What is a deal breaker for me, is the seat padding when doing declines. The seat is narrow (which I could live with), but it has NO padding for the back of the knees. Look at this bench compared to others. Some others have padding that wraps around (kind of a 3/4 circle) on the front vertical face of the seat to protect the back of the knees. This bench does not. This causes too much tension and pressure on the backside of your knees and essentially makes this bench unusable for any decline position (ie. decline sit-ups). This bench would easily be a 5 star if not for this. If you don't care about declines, go for it, if you do, look for one with that wrap around padding along the front edge of the seat.
