Not gonna lie, the colors got me. But I've also been searching for really good makeup brushes that don't break the bank. Yes, there are lots of affordable sets out there, but I've found that I usually end up not using half of them while still needing 1 or 2 more of the ones I do use. So, for me, being able to cherry pick the ones I need while still saving money is a perfect combo. That's why I decided to give a couple of these a try.Yeah... I'm gonna be ordering pretty much every brush they offer!! A few of them in multiples!!Aside from their vibrant colors, these brushes are soft but not too soft, dense but not too dense. They pick up a lot of powder/pigment and distribute it evenly and smoothly. Plus, feel comfortable in the hand. All things I look for in my brushes.If those are things you're looking for in your makeup brushes, I suggest giving these a try. Maybe do what I did, start with a couple of them, the brushes you use most often, and see how they work for you. I think you'll do what I'm doing, namely buying more of them.

I use this highlighting brush more often then my e.l.f cosmetics one. It's super soft and picks up pigment really well (even colourpop's super shock highlighters). I'm definitely going to be ordering multiples because of how often I use it.

I bought this because YouTuber EmilyNoel83 often uses this brush in her videos with nice results. Add in how affordable it is and I decided to try it. I have been really happy with how well it applies highlighter and blends my blush and highlighter together for a natural glow. Good brush!

I hadn't really heard of the Royal & Langnickel brand before but I got a few brushes through the Boxycharm subscription. I was impressed with the brushes and noticed vloggers using this particular highlight brush. I have been using a natural bristle highlighting brush which is good, but it doesn't really give the intense glow I sometimes want. I decided to order this brush and it is great for giving that pronounced highlight. It applies product evenly and smoothly. Quality is good and the bristles are soft. The purple is pretty, although I would have preferred the more muted look of the Moda Pro brushes I received in my Boxycharm. I am definitely impressed with this brand.

Very good brush, bristles do not come out when you wash them at all.
