I’ve been using the Handmade Heroes Natural Lip Scrub for a few weeks now, and the difference is honestly amazing. The texture is gentle but effective it buffs away dry, flaky skin without feeling harsh. My lips feel so much smoother right after using it. I love that it’s 100% natural and vegan, and you can actually tell from the way it smells and feels. No chemical taste, no weird residue, just clean ingredients that do exactly what they’re supposed to. It also leaves a light, moisturizing finish, so my lips look soft even before applying scrub. Scrub lasts a long time, and a tiny amount goes a long way. For the price, the quality is fantastic.

This coconut lip scrub has a light, pleasant coconut scent that isn’t overpowering. The exfoliation is gentle and effective as long as you keep it on your lips. I can see how it might feel irritating if it gets on the surrounding skin, so I recommend applying it carefully. The container is quite small, but a little truly goes a long way—you only need the tiniest amount for each use. After scrubbing, I followed up with Aquaphor lip balm, and my lips felt incredibly smooth, soft, and hydrated. Overall, I’m very pleased with the results and expect this little jar to last quite a while.

Okay so, this lip scrub is really amazing! So why did I only give a four star review. Let’s discuss what I liked about this product. The product as both a pleasant fragrance and taste. The fragrance is a light, coconut scent that’s not overwhelming nor too weak to smell at all. It doesn’t taste bad when you accidentally get it on your tongue as it’s a sugar scrub. So it has a light sweet flavor, but the coconut gives a weird flavor to it to be honest. I didn’t deliberately eat any, it happens, but that’s my honest opinion. As soon as I put it on my lips I noticed it was very different from a lot of other scrubs I’ve used. It wasn’t overly grating on my lips like some have been. It didn’t feel like sandpaper, but it wasn’t as buttery/watered down as Burt’s bees sugar lip scrub is. It still has a granular feeling to it, but it’s very gentle and easy to apply. After the first use it made my lips feel and look visibly softer and pinker! I love that! Now what I don’t like about it. The product is a lot smaller than what I thought it was going to be. Which is fine considering how a little goes a long way, but it is a little on the pricier side in comparison to some other scrubs I bought. At the same time, this is one of the better scrubs I’ve used. I also was expecting a glass bottle, not plastic. I mean for the price and the picture, the bottle looked glass, that’s not a big deal really. It’s probably better because the first thing I did when I got it out of the packaging is dropped it. Which it didn’t break like it would have if it had been glass. THE BIGGEST REASON why I dropped it to four stars, is because the creator didn’t fill the container completely. You can see that in my pictures. One of the side pictures I took, I noticed how the bottom of the scrub container had no scrub in the corner, so I gently banged it on a table to move the scrub into the empty space…in the last picture you can see how much room is left in the container that they didn’t fill. I know sometimes you can’t fill it to the top, but scrubs aren’t really one of those items. This isn’t like it’s lip gloss or lipstick. There’s nothing you need to put in it which would make it overflow or messy. I’m disappointed because for what I paid for, I expected a full container of product. Regardless, the product is still pretty good. So I do recommend giving it a try, and I think I MIGHT perchases again in the future. But the lack of product in the container was really disappointing. Especially for the price….

At first i was skeptical when buying this cause it isnt the most popular brand and the price was questionable for such a small quantity, but now that i have used it, IT IS SO WORTH IT!!! Literally seconds after you scrub your lips and wash off the product you feel the difference. No more cracks, no more dry spots, no more licking your lips for hydration— i promise this scrub does it allll!!!

I have consistently been using this for about 2 and a half months safe to say it keep my lips soft but I haven’t had any luck with them being any lighter coz I was trying to get rid of dark smker color but this didn’t help

I have used this lip scrub for well over 10 years now. It is the first lip scrub that I ever tried and I just love it!! It works so well and the coconut fragrance is heavenly. It is gentle but it does help my lips when they are so dry and the skin is peeling. It is an awesome product!!

This stuff is amazing! It feels like silk, it leaves your lips tasting sweet in a good way and it exfoliates so softly but well that you get a plumping effect within minutes that lasts the whole day.

Ehrlich – das ist einer der besten Lip Scrubs, die ich je benutzt habe. Das Gefühl auf den Lippen ist einfach mega. Die Haut wird weich, glatt und gepflegt, und das Produkt riecht und schmeckt richtig gut. Selbst wenn man aus Versehen etwas davon abbekommt – kein Problem, es schmeckt einfach lecker. Ich benutze es regelmäßig, und meine Lippen fühlen sich danach immer top an. Es hält, was es verspricht, und man merkt sofort den Unterschied. Für mich ein absolutes Top-Produkt – 5 von 5 Sternen!
