Was in need of iced therapy for my foot. Saw this and made the purchase. Item arrived quick. Came w/ 2 gel inserts. Instructions were super easy to understand. Let it freeze for up to 4 hrs prior to using. It felt great on my foot and kept the swelling down. The wrap stayed in place. The gel pack feels well made. They provide a litlle bag to keep it separate from everything else in the fridge/freezer. It should last for years w/ proper use. Should anything change I'll be sure to edit my review.

I was a little skeptical of a couple of things but figured for the price I would give it a shot and I'm super glad I did! The main things that I were concerned about were 1. Does it get cold? 2. Does it last long? and 3. Can you mold it to the area in need? All of these questions were answered after leaving it in the freezer for 4 hours. So...does it get cold? Does it last? Can you mold it? = WHOA! YES! Very. You're milage may vary depending on where you need to apply this, but for a metatarsal stress fracture, it wraps perfectly on top of my foot and stayed ice cold for the entire 20 minutes that is recommended for standard ice times. One thing that really surprised was that this does not actually freeze. It's get's really ice cold but it still molds perfectly to the foot. I did not expect this to be as malleable as it is nor did I expect it to be this cold for this long. I have others like this in the past, they freeze too much where you can't mold them to the area in need and last like 10-15 minutes and not even cold at the end of that timeframe. This was icy throughout the duration to the point where I almost felt like I needed another layer (I had it over a sock). All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this for any foot application.

Good ice pack for feet and ankles. Velcro faster helps keeping ice pack in place. Wish that it would stay cold longer.

These were great for icing my broken foot. Comfortable and easy to use.

This ice pack works great. I am using it behind my knee and it is the perfect size and stays cool for a decent amount of time.

It's a great idea and it keeps the icepack in contact with your skin. That's great in a way, but I got a cold burn from it because there's no protection between your skin and the icepack, which is a crazy design flaw. Make sure you put a towel or something between the ice pack and your skin while using this!

This is very convenient to use on my fallen arch!

I’ve had these on for literally 3 minutes and omg worth every penny. I initially bought one of those massage balls you put in the freezer and it was great but these. 100x better. Put them on and relax. Ice on my feet, heat on my back. I’m in heaven.

Love these. They have helped to much with my foot pain. Can also use on wrist, elbows ect . Great product.

Easy to use . Works well. Can isolate the area required to be iced or heated as it is a small band that wraps securely around your ankle, knee, wrist.
