Surprisingly good
Since cotton, while renewable is quite bad for the environment compared to bamboo, I thought I would give bamboo towels a try.These things are brilliant. I washed them when they first arrived as the felt a bit too "silky" and once dried they felt a lot more towel like. They dry far better than my existing tea towels, and dry out far quicker too. So I'm a convert, I'll be trying out a lot more bamboo fabrics I think.

Only 45% Bamboo!!
I don't know if I got a different product from the other reviewers (especially the one who described them as "silky" - no, they feel like microfibre, which is what they are, and have the same rough grippiness of microfibre) but the ones I got are only 45% bamboo fibre, and 55% standard microfibre. This is why I've given a mere 3 stars, because I was looking for bamboo cloth. The description says nothing about being a bamboo-light blend with microfibre, and I wouldn't have bought them if it had, as I didn't want more microfibre. And this will be particularly important for anyone wanting to avoid plastic.However, I am happy to keep these, because I'm interested I'm knowing how the microfibre/bamboo mix fares compared to other cloths I have. I expect their longevity will be very high due to the microfibre, and the bamboo *should* make it more absorbent (which is what stops this being a one star review).

Il y avait presque exactement les mêmes (de marque La Ménagère il me semble) en grande surface à une époque et ils sont vraiment impeccables. Ils absorbent bien, ne laissent aucune poussière sur la vaisselle, et sont plus solides que ceux que j'avais achetés plus récemment en grande surface (toujours de marque La Ménagère) qui ne contenaient que du polyester, étaient plus fins, et accrochaient aux couverts (fourchettes, couteaux, etc) ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas avec ceux-là.J'espère qu'ils resteront très longtemps disponibles sur Amazon.

Wir haben Ersatz gebraucht für unsere Mikrofaser-Geschirrtücher, die eine überragende Saugleistung hatten. Die ließ jetzt nach 10 Jahren intensiver Nutzung nach.Diese Bambus-Geschirrtücher fühlen sich angenehm an und haben schon nach der ersten Wäsche eine super Saugleistung. Können wir nur empfehlen.
