I CHARGED IT OVERNIGHT AND IT SHOWED 100% MADE 2 PHONE CALLS FOR 15 MINUTES TOTAL AT IT DRAINED TO 83% AFTER SITTING ON MY DESK FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS ON STAND BY IT DRAINED TO 73%. I ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT AND WAS GIVEN NO PROBLEMS 'ILL HAVE IT BY MONDAY. DON'T GET ME WRONG IT'S NOT THE COMPANY THAT SOLD IT TO ME IT'S JUST A FAULTY BATTERY. BUT I WILL SAY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. AT THIS TIME I'M STILL GIVING THEM 5 STARS. I'LL POST ANOTHER REVIEW AFTER I CHARGE THE NEW ONE. ON MONDAY. I RECEIVED MY REPLACEMENT IN 2 DAYS AND CHARGED IT OVER NIGHT AND IT WORKS GREAT.

Kit does include most tools to get case open and get to the point of prying old battery pack out. Case is glued shut, battery is glued down. No instructions furnished, have to find on your own. Also source sealing tape or goop to hold back on after replacement. New battery did charge, so sucess.

This isn't my first effort opening electronics to replace components such as batteries. Samsung wanted a lot to replace my battery so I thought I would give it a try. There are a number of kits available and I chose this one because it was the quickest to arrive. Looking back it was a mistake. Let's go through the kit: Pick: Worked Screwdriver: Worked but magnetic would have been a great help. Ended up using my own which was magnetic. Suction cup: Worthless, worthless, worthless. Having a functioning suction cup is critical to the process. Metal tool: Why you would include a metal tool rather than plastic is beyond me, an oversight on my part. Sim removal tool: Because? Two sticky strips: Wasn't sure about these so I stuck them to the bottom of the battery. Battery: The connector cable from the battery was too long and went past the socket on board. I had to bend it back a bit to make it fit. Fingers crossed this doesn't cause any problems. With so many options available I would avoid this one.

No problem. It's very slow, so it's better for this battery to charge quickly with my old, weak one.

I can't seem to get a link to the seller to ask, but it seems to me that the kit should include a seal (or sealer) for reinstalling the rear cover. Mine did not. That leaves my phone exposed to dirt and moisture. I don't really want to return it, because the install is otherwise done and it's working, though I may resort to that. Other than that, the install was pretty easy and the battery is functioning.

The original battery on the LG K20 Plus is only around 2700mAh while this one is around 3000mAh.... 300 mAh doesn't sound like much of a difference, but it can certainly hold a charge and for a longer time than the original battery.... Then again my original battery was more or less draining at an abnormal rate so I figured it was time to change it to this one which can hold it's charge for quite some time. My assumption though is that these batteries aren't made to last forever and they will eventually start to deteriorate thus causing it to lose its charge, thus have to keep buying new onee. Only time will tell how long it lasts but so far so good. I guess the cons are that the increased mAh will defently require to take a longer time to actually charge it. In any case it is defently superior to the default 2700mAh battery.

Tengo poco tiempo pero hasta el momento todo bien. Si se nota la diferencia incluso funciona un poco mejor el celular. Tiene todo lo necesario para instalar la bateria.
