Pathetic Chinese Brand - No customer service
Kuvings is a scam, itโs a sub-standard Chinese product where they keep scamming you for life. There is no customer service, you buy once and then you keep buying spares for life. The spares have as good a margin as their original machines. Auger for all popular brands costs around โน1500, but they charge you โน4,000 in Kuvings. Plus you need to order them from Amazon, they donโt have any service network. My Auger broke within 2 months, it was not under warranty. So except motor, everything is your own responsibility from the day the product is delivered.
