If you haven't tried this shampoo and you have blonde hair I highly recommend. This is the best bang for your buck for high-quality purple shampoo. It really takes the yellow tones out of your hair and makes it more white/blonde. Best shampoo ever!!

After I retired, I told my hair dresser I was going to stop coloring my hair. I have so much white hair that two weeks after I had it colored, I would have a stripe of white around my face. My hair dresser agreed that it was a good time to stop coloring and she gave me a crew cut. It took most of the remaining color off and at the next 6 week visit, she cut off the rest of the color. I absolutely loved it until I saw the yellowing of my hair from the sun. So, I started researching and ordering different purple shampoos. I tried one from a drugstore which turned my hair to straw. I then started ordering different shampoos from Amazon. I liked the Pantene shampoo for silver hair but didn't like the accompanying conditioner. Then I overdid it on the Pantene (blue hair) and didn't realize I needed to use a clarifying shampoo to get rid of that color. I tried several others with Regis being the last purple shampoo I used. Finally, I looked at the reviews of best shampoos for white hair and saw this. Yes, it is expensive! But, I wash my hair with the Rene Furterer shampoo, two days later, I wash with a mild, everyday shampoo and then two days later, I use the clarifying shampoo. You don't actually use that much of the expensive stuff but my hair looks great now. My hair does dry out with the clarifying shampoo but when I use this two days after, my hair gets soft and silky. I have had so many women comment and ask me about how I keep my hair so white (without any yellowing) and I tell them to use this brand.

My husband uses this because his white hair was turning yellow & this product worked. It’s expensive but he has tried other brands & they don’t work as well. So it’s better to pay a bit more & get better product.

I have fine grey and white hair. I didn’t notice any difference in the way it looked after using this shampoo. I can’t use it every time I wash because it leaves my hair feeling harshly clean and tangled. For the price, I expected more. Any cheap shampoo could do the same.

Used for the first time today, smells a lot better then another one i bought.

Dieses Shampoo ist für alles Blondinen mit Gelb Stich ein Muss. Ich habe ein zweimal in der Woche verwendet und meine Haare sind immer super schön weiß geblieben. Das Produkt ist sehr hochwertig und super ergiebig. Die Flasche ist mit 600 ml sehr groß und reicht auch sehr lange.Ich würde das Produkt sofort wieder bestellen.

This is more natural than a lot of silver shampoos . Works well but does leave hair a bit on the dry side.
