Q: Does this bounce? Can it be used for Plyo? What's the diameter of this ball?

I do not know what plyo is, sorry. The ball is about 4.5 inches in diameter and weighs about 3 or 4 pounds . They come in different sizes and weights. They do NOT bounce. They are for physical therapy exercise, like therabands. I use mine by holding it against the wall with my arm fully extended making little circles clockwise and counter clockwise as therapy for a shoulder problem.

Q: Can you bounce these balls off the wall at close range

NO! Mine would drop to the floor with a huge thud! I use it arms extended, ball in one hand, then arms brought together to pass ball to other hand; repeat. No advice here, but good core exercise for me who is not fond of the activity!

Q: Is this squishy at all?

It’s not exactly squishy if you mean can you squeeze it. It’s soft in the sense that if you drop it it won’t dent your floor. The shape pretty much stays the same but you can hold it comfortably in your hand.
