Does exactly what it's intended to do... Makes you stop and think how much food goes on your plate...Thought a tad expensive for two plastic plates but is used on a daily basis... Happy with purchase

Comes in handy
We have problems with portion sizing and this has helped and kept us within. The plate is the same size as my dinner plates but instead of piling on food it seems to remind us how much we should be putting on the plate.
