Pittman Outdoors Truck Bed Air Mattress w Pump for Long Truck Beds, (Open Box)

After one night, I want to say that this airbed is fabulous. My wife and I have used it, and plan to use it, in our E350 Super Duty van. (I have the XLT Chateau with the front seats and still one bench seat in the front). It inflated super FAST. Also, it has a powered deflate so when you go to pack it up you don't have to roll around on it to get all of the air out it will basically deflate itself completely. Because of this, it was very easy to roll back up and put back into its carrying bag. The area for the pump also has a storage compartment for the cord and I absolutely love the extra long cord. I was able to have the pump at the rear of my vehicle and plug it into the dash at the driver seat with the cord running underneath the bed, out of the way completely. It feels VERY well made and I appreciate that it came with a few patches to repair it should it suffer some sort of injury. I also love the texture of the top of the bed because my sleeping bag and my pillows didn't slide around all night. I saw lot's of people complaining about it loosing air overnight and I will say that I don't think mine lost any more than a lb. of air all night. I inflated it to be very firm, which I like the support, and it held up for over 10hrs without needing to have air added to it. Lastly, I have to say the fit is amazing. I bought the one for the full-size 8+ bed because my wife and I are both 6' tall. Our feet didn't hang off the bottom and our pillows never fell off the top. In fact, the bed as a whole is almost 2' taller than we are and we love that. I love that it's cut out for the wheel-wells. It fills the back of the van up from side-to-side, wall-to-wall, and the additional room makes it feel huge. Being able to use the entire width of the van is awesome and where the bed floats over the wheel-wells felt fine to me. Because of the additional space, I did not feel like I was trapped in some tiny air bed in the back of my van. It's amazing that it uses all the space and there are no awkward voids around the bed where you make fall into or lose your stuff. I also love the height. The height is perfect, that's all I have to say about that. I have to say that out of all of the cheaper air mattress' I have used over the years this one was very much worth the extra coin. I was for sure hesitant about spending the $$ at first but I waited for it to go on sale and I am very happy I spent the money on the upgrade and I think you will be too.

We ordered from factory dimensions- ours being 8ft. Fits perfectly. We put ours inside our truck bed tent. The pump works great for inflating and deflating. The cord is very long. We plugged it into the trucks 12V - cig lighter type- which is the only way to work the pump. No USB Folds easily and fits in the bag easily as well. I would recommend this if you like sleeping in the bed of your truck

We received this a few days ago and tried it out in the house to see how easy it was to set up. It was a breeze!! Clear instructions, quality product. Very easy to set up and deflate and pack back up. It was comfortable, without being too firm. We are planning some camping trips this summer with our F-350 and truck tent, so we wanted a large comfortable bed. We think the quality is very good for the money.

Works as described but not recommended for more than one person. Only used once sofar and it only leaked a tiny bit of air.

mattress was amazing to sleep on! it's better than my own bed mattress at home! I noticed when I woke up and my back pain was gone! worth the buy for sleeping, quality and value for money too. Easy set up too and put it in the bag easily.

Went camping in the back of our pickup not to long ago. This air stress held 2 adults and a 40 lb dog problem. Held up to my dog walking on it, which was surprising. Did lose a little air over night, which was to be expected, but not enough to feel a difference while sleeping. It was nice that it had a built in pump. Very comfy

It inflates easily with the built in pump. Just keep a spare with you in case it doesn't work. I like being able to deflate with the same pump - makes packing it away easier. The bed is comfortable but be aware and air mattress is cold. Insulate below and above it even in the back of a truck. My first night out was cold. I love the over size storage bag - avoids the frustration of trying to get something back into original packaging every time! For the price of this mattress, the quality of the storage bag is very poor and I do not see that lasting as long as the mattress. Come on guys, a nice canvas bag would make this purchase perfect! Fits perfectly in my 8ft truck bed. Sleeps comfortably. What more can I say.

This thing sucks. I am writing this review sitting on the bed of my truck in Great Sand Dunes Ntnl Park where this utter piece of junk is behind me. Entirely flat. My truck bed tent has a floor. WE checked additional puncture items and made sure It was literally swept with a broom. No objects that could poke were allowed in. I slept on my trucks bed rifts cos this sack of crap failed and emptied at night. Can I give you guys negative stars? Cos selling garage is awful.

Zero regrets! Stays inflated, comfortable, takes up the whole truck bed, covers wheel wells like described and softens the pressure if you roll over. I have nothing bad to say about this. Works absolutely wonderful when accompanied by the truck tent.
