What's the easiest way to split these tablets?

I've never split these tablets but typically I use a sharp steak knife and press firmly on the tablet/pill. Make sure to use a cutting board. These tablets are thick. So you might need a larger knife.

Are these made in the U.S.A.?

Yes proudly say this with american flag on bottle. Great product have had 2 dogs with arthritis turns back time 5 years on them. Quite cheap because one pill a day will cover the weight of my German shepards

Not sure as I've never tried Cosequin. I ended up using another product because I couldn't get my dog to eat it.
