Looks great but cleaning nightmare
Did not use it yet but it looks awesome. Installer was sure it is a super expensive drain. Update: we started to use it. This is a cleaning nightmare. All hairs are going down and accumulated in a tiny catcher. They are getting slimy and blocking the drain. (No pics of that, too graphic) Yep you have to remove the cover snd clean it. It smells fishy, well, the drain it is, what people do in the showers, itโs understood. So I ended up ordering a separate cover for it, same brand, but without a gap, removed the catcher - I donโt need it- I expect the new cover will stop most of hairs. Will see. I miss the look of the old one though. It was beautiful.

Nice looking drain
The drain arrived as stated and looked great. It was easy to install and level with the levelers. The protective covering made a great buffer to prevent the top of the drain from any scratches or damage in delivery or construction of my shower. I like the easy empty basket that protects the main drain from clogging up with hair. The option of having the surround floor tile used to cover the top of the drain is an added plus. Great Looking Drain!!

Good product, fantastic customer service
I recently purchased this drain. The drain made is high quality material and appears to be of heavy dutu construction with a great finish. After unboxing I discovered I was missong a couple pieces. I email their customer service and have to say it was phenominal. Jason was in contact right away and helped me figure out what parts I was missing and get them sent to me right away. Outstanding experience!

I am pleased
I had someone installed it. He didn't have any bad thing to say or any issue putting this thing together. The result looks really good. It brings up the level of my new shower room one notch. Highly recommended.
