Razor sharp
Absolutely amazing knife first off it's a great price. I like 8in knifes but sometimes there too small and a 10 inch can be to big for some people so I like the choice of the 8.5 inch blade. The blade came razor sharp and is wide enough we're your knuckles won't hit when chopping it's made out of AUS 8 steel which is a very good quality for this price and easier to sharpen then the more expensive VG10 knifes. The Handel is made out of g10 material which is my favorite and personally I wouldent even buy a knife it the Handel wasent made out of that and it is very comfortable. I am a professional chef and love my knifes and this is a very good quality I can't wait to bring it to my restaurant and try it there for a few weeks I highly recommend buying this
