Best home workout
Dropping the gym since I had my new born baby. The Bulgarian bag comes with a DVD and poster illustrating multiple exercises. As long as its used without the common gym rest after every set, you will be exhausted. Good for shoulders, grip and legs. The 11lbs is more than enough as this is repetition of explosove movements. I usually combine 30 intense minutes of the bag with ten minutes of jump rope and ten minutes of various push ups.

It is the perfect weight to get started in the Bulgarian bag workout class for someone my age, (72) and have back issues. The 14 was a little too heavy that was offered in the class so I ordered my own. I love the camo design.
