They’re also delicious, tastes like a gummy candy. They do harden after about a year, but you really should have the same container for that long. They are very strong- one is plenty. I hope my title was as confusing as it initially seems. I was buying very similar type of gummies in the form of gummy bears, but to help my sleep. The problem was, the gummy bears actually tasted really good and it was hard to not eat more than one at a time, even though youre only supposed to eat one. So I was hoping to get a worse flavor so I wouldnt be tempted to eat more, and I was okay with a bad tasting gummy because its really just for my sleep and not to snack on. That being said, these actually taste pretty good so I still have the same problem. they also work just as well as the gummy bear ones I had so I have no problems with that. Take one 30-40 minutes before youre about to hit the sack and it does wonders. Doesnt help you stay asleep but melatonin isnt for that.

Both my husband and I find we get to sleep faster and rest better taking melatonin. Now we don't have to share a bottle and keep asking, "Where'd you put the melatonin?" LOL! The fact that these are 10mg is great. The 60-count bottle will last me at least two months or longer depending on if I don't use them some nights. BLACKBERRY FLAVOR??? This is NOT what is stated on my two bottles. Mine say: "Other Ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Pectin, Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate, Natural Strawberry Flavor, Vegetable Oil (Coconut), Grape Color Extract, Carnauba Wax." In addition (on my bottles and on the description page), under Supplement Facts it says: "Calories 8; Total Carbohydrates 2g (under that) Sugars 2g (under that) Includes 4g added sugars; Sodium 5mg; Melatonin 10mg" Something isn't adding up in my head. Sugars are 2g then added sugars are 4g? What am I missing here. Because of the confusion from the listing to my bottles, I'm deducting a star. I do like the product and am not overly concerned about the discrepancy, but I would feel better if all this fit together.
