I actually bought this comb kit to help with dandruff and it works amazingly well! The fine metal teeth gently lift flakes without scratching, and it’s surprisingly satisfying to use. These combs are wonderful for thick hair. I used them to remove dry skin from my scalp after coloring my hair. They are easy to clean, strong to use, easy to handle and a great price!

If you are looking to remove eggs and lice, it is the best option since it has 3 different combs to make it easier to remove pices and eggs, I recommend them, they are of very good quality

Bought these to help get rid of my youngest child’s winter-time dandruff. The plastic one worked really well and there was little to no risk of poking spots that were a bit more sensitive (he has a tendency to pick it out himself and he’s not exactly careful to avoid pulling out the hairs with it). The metal ones require a bit more care to avoid accidental poking (especially if the child is as hyper as mine), but even then it doesn’t leave scratches or marks as the tines are blunted so it’s still safe. I was a bit surprised by that given that they were metal. If my child had been dealing with lice, I think these would have worked very nicely.

Works very well. The comb is sturdy, easy to clean, and removes lice and nits quickly. Highly recommend for family use.

This was a GREAT purchase! You can tell how much it actually works. Thankfully, in my sons case, it was caught early on. Please use this in small sections since it does pull/tug in the hair. I used it on my son after conditioning his hair when washed. It helped it glide through a lot easier. Check out my video on how nicely packaged it came. It does 100% work! It is completely worth it for the price!

This kit helped me clean my son's head in less than 3 days. Zero knits and lice and it has been months. I dint use any other medication just these combs, cleaned his head day and night.

Good to have three different types of comb. Really good quality, teeth don't break and easy to clean. Really worth having these of nits are a recurring problem for your family. Wish I'd discovered them sooner!

The metal comb was useful, it does the job, others not really, we ended up binning them.
