Excellent taste and quality
My favorite ones, easily digestable, easy to use on the go, very tasty, not super-sweet, which is what you want on those prolonged training sessions.

One of my go-to gels for long runs.
Work very well for long runs. I also like the fact you don't need additional water to avoid intestinal issues. Flavoring is light, consistency is about the same as hand sanitizer so it's easy to get down.

First Time Gel User
Great tasting gels. First time using gels and id heard they tasted terrible, but this one has the taste, consistency, and texture of apple sauce. Great intro to gels. I was amazed at the affect it had on my energy levels during a run. Its just an easy shot and seems to work in about 10-15 mins for me.

Easy energy without the usual gel problems
I’ve used SIS Isotonic Energy Gels during long runs, bike rides, and races, and they stand out for one simple reason: they’re easy to take when effort is high. The isotonic formula means no extra water is needed, which makes a real difference during intense or hot sessions. They go down smoothly, aren’t thick or sticky, and don’t leave that heavy feeling in your stomach that many gels do. Energy delivery is fast and noticeable, but not harsh. It’s a clean boost that helps maintain effort rather than causing a spike and crash. I’ve had zero GI issues using these, even late in long workouts. Flavor is light and not overly sweet, which matters when you’re taking multiple gels over time. The packaging is also easy to open while moving. Ok taste felt no difference
I have used many energy gels during my run and used the isotonic one for a half marathon. First off taste is fine and it’s easy to go down but because you don’t really need water to get it down they are bigger then the typical energy gel. So why did i rate it 3. Sadly I found no energy difference after taking them. I followed my plan when to take them so have a burst at the middle and end of the 1/2 marathon and really didn’t feel any difference at all compared to other brands. Yes they have no sugar but still expected some difference like I felt with other brands. Sadly for me didn’t work for me but maybe some they will.

The box was opened and missing a pack of supplement. I would like missing supplement posted to me. Once received, I will change review.
