I bought this pan used and saved about $25. It was brand new and had never seen heat. I have one other pan and like the even cooking I get with them. Being able to brown meat and then go to the oven is a great feature. The tight fitting lid with the vent is really good. I would like to mention this was the best packaged product I have bought from Amazon. Maybe I lucked out but I would buy used like new again.

I bought three sizes of these pans this being the largest. They have turned out to be the best skillets I have ever owned. Nothing sticks. Usually when a product is being touted as nonstick, they work relatively well, but then the surface scratches, or comes off, completely, or just wears away with use. Not these. I have given them a work out and things just don’t stick. Highly highly recommended.

Really like this pan. It's well constructed. Fairly lightweight and easy to handle. Non-stick surface seems durable and it is easy to clean. Highly recommend.

In July 2022, I switched all of my kitchenware to MSMK products. After one year of use, I've found them to be highly effective on my induction stove. However, the 12" pan was a bit of a letdown, as it mysteriously warped at the bottom around March/April 2023, despite not being used more than once every two or three weeks. This was unexpected, especially since it's an oven-safe pan rated for temperatures up to 700 degrees.When I noticed the issue, I promptly reached out to MSMK via their Amazon storefront. You can do this by clicking on "MSMK PAN" under the "Sold By" section on the product page, followed by "Have a question for MSMK PAN". Their response was swift and came through the Amazon messaging system.After sharing photos of the warped pan, they immediately sent me a replacement. However, the packaging was less than satisfactory. The pan arrived in a large box with minimal protection, resulting in it getting damaged during transit. I informed MSMK about this, and they sent another replacement, which unfortunately arrived in the same condition due to inadequate packaging. It seemed odd to me that such a high-value item was shipped with so little care, while I've had much cheaper items sent with extensive protective packaging.The third time around, MSMK replaced both the pan and lid in their original protective packaging. This time, the items arrived in good condition, leaving me satisfied with the outcome.My concern about the initial warping remains, though. MSMK recommended gradually heating up the pan, which I'd been doing all along as I usually cook on medium heat. The other pots and pans I've purchased from MSMK are fine, and I use them even more frequently. I'm curious to see how the replacement will fare over time and will update this review if there's any warping.The pan's warping issue would have led me to rate it three stars, but MSMK's exceptional customer support prompts me to give it a four-star rating instead.

This pan is incredible so far. I like how big it is. It’s non stuck and cleans well. Now i want to replace every pan in the house!

Excellent pan for cooking larger items. built clean and conducts heat quickly, Price is reasonable. CUTS DOWN ON SPATTER AND HAS A GREAT LID WITH A VENT.

Out of the box this expensive frying pan was crowned. All the oil ran to the edges of the pan. This was a great disappointment. I wrongly thought it would get better with use. I was stupid!! This was a waste of $100.
