Throw away grill
Poor quality. The parts rusted out well within the warranty period, and CharBroil is impossible to get ahold of anyone to remedy this.

Garbage. Don’t buy
I got this via ace hardware but I’m so unhappy I’m cross posting the review. We’ve had nothing but problems with this. Something is wrong where the flames are way to high and customer service keeps telling me how to fix the “low flame problem”. They’ve sent replacement parts but they are for a different grill so I’m hoping I’ll be able to contact them yet again to maybe get the right part. We are very bummed out as we have a large part of our family traveling oversees to stay with us and we had wanted to bbq ….however that’s apparently not happening now.

The BBQ arrived quickly, but the box is completely damaged. The package was placed on the front entrance of my place. It was missing one of the plastic ties and when my wife and I tried to lift it up to carry it we noticed that the whole bottom and one of the sides we completely damaged. It looked like it was opened before. I will put it together and hopefully there will not be any other issues.
