I've tried so many shampoos, and all of them leave my hair dry and stiff, to some extent at least. The only shampoo I have discovered long ago that gives my hair smooth and fresh feeling is Rich Luxury intense moisture. Honestly, I tried other shampoos by Rich, and no, only this one is my real treasure. I also like the delicate fragrance.

My boyfriend’s beard was struggling seriously lol and he knew it too. I bought this as a christmas gift. Its now march and my boyfriend’s beard is ooh lala delicious and thick !

I absolutely love this product. I was very excited to see that it came in a 3 pack bundle (shampoo, conditioner & hair serum) however I was disappointed in how poorly it was packaged. More than a 1/4 of my shampoo was spilled in the packaging bag, and the hair serum had also leaked all over as well. I will still buy these products, but in the future it will be from another seller.

Good product

I received a sample of this shampoo and was impressed how my hair felt after shampooing. Other major shampoo left my scalp itchy. Loved the sample of Rich and pleased with this product. I would recommend this.

iv been using this for years...a little goes a long way one small bottle lasts a month or longer and i have long hair to the middle of my back. bring the big bottle back pleas the price was better on that bottle thanks

The lid was broken on one of the shampoo containers and thus the shampoo had leaked out in the shipping bag. Very disappointed with the broken lid and the mess inside the bag.
