This is definatly a different type of pre workout! No jitters or crash, and you feel it working well within the 40 minutes the label directs you to take it before your workout..thermogenic effects are strong, but really help you get that workout sweat going..there is no pointless "pump" or tingling from core, just a clean energy boost. This product is awesome. I've been using it off and on for several years as a pre-workout or for morning cardio and was happy to find it on Amazon after True Performance disappeared. Kicks in quickly and motivates to push it. I have never gotten the jitters, no crashing, or any other negative side effects from this product. Thanks to Rob and his team! Last I checked, "(Milk Containing Lactose)" is NOT a "plant-based" or "vegan" product... nice marketing ploy Bserk. You're all stupid (at the company.. hopefully not the bright and educated prospective consumers of products like this)
