Works ok. Sometimes it has problems and slips off cans. Be careful then opening tuna (and other small cans) that you keep the can close to the counter top due to the tendency of the opener slipping off the can. (can will fall!) Works ok on larger cans that rest on the counter while being opened.

When I first seen the ad I bought two it looked I repeat looked like a strong Dependable can opener. So I bought two of them.Looks are deceiving. The first can opener broke the very first can it opened.I have the second one on a Shelf not being used. In the past products that are this cheap are a reflection of the people that run the company. I elected to keep the second one as my dust collector I don't want no more headaches with this company for the plethora of problems.

I can't get it to open a can; the gears won't line up. Also it's only been washed once and it's showing signs of rust.
