Nutricost DIM (Diindolylmethane) 300mg, 120 Capsules with BioPerine (3 Bottles)

Love this DIM, I take a pretty large dose of TRT weekly and take this DIM 3X a day to manage my estrogen level and it’s worked great for the past 1.5 years.

Been taking this for 6 months now. The first week gave me terrible back/kidney pain. Read up about taking milk thistle to help flush out your system to rid the bad estrogen being removed by DIM and that fixed it right away. The biggest change I have noticed is a huge decrease in hormonal acne. Maybe get one cyst a month or less now. Before taking this I would get terrible back pain the day or two before my period. That is completely gone to where I have no clue my period is even about to start. Haven’t had any weight changes or change in energy. Overall this has been a life saver for hormonal acne and symptoms leading up to my period. Would definitely recommend starting with half a capsule for a few days before taking whole one.

I've been taking one pill a day for over three months and feel more balanced and that my metabolism is getting back to where it used to be. I'm in my mid-40s and my hormone levels were normal but the doctor suggested I take DIM as well as B12 and D3. So far so good and the quality and price of Nutricost is a good combo. I use them for my other vitamins as well.

I started taking this DIM supplement to help with hormonal acne and overall balance, and after a few weeks, I’ve noticed a real difference—clearer skin, less bloating, and more stable moods. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any weird aftertaste, which I appreciate. I like that it includes BioPerine for better absorption, and the 4-month supply makes it a great value. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that results weren’t immediate—it took about 3 weeks to really kick in. But now that it’s working, I’ll definitely keep it in my routine.

not sure I can notice a difference but will continue to use

I'm giving this 5 stars because it definitely does something. I had a great month or two taking it, then I crashed hard and had to stop. These do have an affect, just watch yourself and make sure that you actually need them. I also hit perimenopause about the same time I was taking them, so that may account for my crash. No taste and easy to take with liquid!

Best value at the time I bought it

Took product for about 3mn, I did not have any nausea with the product but what I noticed was I had a mild headache. My urine was an orange color or pinkish brown. I thought at first it was another supplement. I do stay very well hydrated and have optimal kidney function so this really bothers me. When I stopped taking this supplement, my urine went right back to being clear. I have noticed my mood is terrible when taking this. It did not improve my energy at all infact it seemed to make me have low energy. I have been off of it for about 5 days and I already feel more like myself. I am not sure if this is brand related or the actual DIM supplement related but either way for now I am not taking it.

Not as good as dim complex
