It say "use with jarrow formulas qh-absorb " is that really necessary? i had the citrus bergamot without it? was i wasting money?

Citrus Bergamot is similar to the statin drugs in that it can deplete CoQ10 in the body, which the heart muscle needs. I take a similar supplement to keep my CoQ10 from being depleted.

How large are the capsules?

Maybe slightly bigger than average but not all that large

Is this 100% made in the US?

Bergamonte is from Italy and is the trademarked brand of Bergamot citrus extract that was used in the clinical studies. Since Bergamot is mainly grown in Sicily, this is the legit bergamot extract.
