Amazing, if you can get a new pack
this is totally unacceptable, so many bubbles that it ruins most of the pens,which i did take a chance but i was hoping that maybe something had been done to fix this seemingly reoccurring problem but apparently it hasn't, so i will either be getting a pack that is for sure good bc the colors are rich and beautiful or I'll be getting a full refund :Update: Thanks to Amazon for refunding me via gift card,but still disappointed bc these shades are amazing, some of the best colors I've ever seen,if you can get a working pack of these...i highly recommend them,I'm an avid colorist with over 1,400 gel pens with my favorite colors being neon and the Blood Orange as well as some others are the best ive seen,i was able to tediously flick the ink cartridge and got minimal results but,if they had worked properly it seems like the ink was long lasting (compared to most cheap pens) and covered well with almost no watery effect, but can't have half full cartridges or bubbly ink,but no harm,i got my refund and am on the hunt if i could be guaranteed an actual new pack of Silk I'd just reorder but...I'm not going through another refund process

Two outta three ain't bad... right?
These pens were great but I had two major complaints. One: about a third of them required having to bang them on a piece of paper a bit to get the ink moving and even then a couple of them are still not working. Next, the ink is a little on the transparent side for some of the colors. It was a good purchase for the money and I'm willing to take the hit for the price, but if you're looking for really good gel pens, consider spending the money for the ink.

Not good for coloring
When I chose to purchase these pens, I was looking for the 1mm size tip for bolder lines. Only about half of the pens worked, some barely had any ink in them and those that did work were not smooth at all, or made the thicker lines that a 1mm tip should.

Think twice. Dont buy
Some pens were leaking and others wont work. The colors of those that did were pretty. They all had bubbles realy bad in them

Old stock..dry pens
Many of the pens were dry.....not worth the price. Can't return because I ordered from Amazon.com instead of Amazon.ca I will.not pay the postage..too much Don't like the US not giving free returns!

Very nice pens, no complaints at all.
Love these pens. I am always looking for new brands and new colours to try out and these flow nicely, are well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. No complaints whatsoever.

Great pens!
Great pens!! We loved the selection of basic, glitter, fluorescent, & metallic. We had a "girls" night in and all of us were sharing these pens and they worked great!! I've ordered some more sets :) Thanks!

Lovely pens and finally, a glitter pink that is pink! Most worked right away during my test run. The pastel colours will take a bit of coaxing to get rolling but I find that with any pastel set I buy. Would buy again!
