Missing an entire row of knots, which created a thick black line going thru the entire rug. Offered a substantial discount to keep it, but who wants that in their family room???? Look great otherwise, but had to return due to defect. Now only buying rugs in person not online.

Wool, hand knitted, rugs are superior but it was risky ordering a rug that I couldn’t see in person before ordering. The color description is not accurate. It is not “linen and dusty teal” as stated. It does has an antique look to it - which I love- with the an earthy muted grayish-olive green background with other colors of soft turquoise, gold and beige-light gray. Overall it is neutral and pretty. It looks different at different times of the day.I am not a fan of decorating with green and at first I was disappointed to see the gray-olive green but after trying it out I found I liked it and decided to keep it, and if seeing it in a store would have purchased it.I only wish the color description was more accurate to give the buyer a better understanding of what they are purchasing.
