I got this delivered today. Followed a how to use on YouTube. It was working fine and then the motors stopped and never turned on again.... the motor never worked . Never got a chance to sew. It just stopped . I’m very disappointed. Return it first thing in the morning.

Unfortunately I missed the window to return this useless sewing machine because I bought it as a Christmas present. Tried several different things and get the same result. It jams up the thread and needle and you are left with a mess of thread and nothing sewed

I bought this for my 10 year old niece as a beginner machine. She's already a sewing maniac!!! She will soon be on to a larger sized machine! This is perfect for children to learn on, without breaking the bank.

Was very disappointed in this product we got it instructions weren’t very complicated and it didn’t even work when we got it out of the box returning it wasn’t a hassle things to Amazon but still my child was very disappointed and sad
