I tried this two months ago, and was amazed at how different I felt within the first hour. I experienced a calmness I hadn't felt in years. Over the next month there was a big improvement in my anxiety level, and just had a better daily sense of well being. I was sleeping better than I had in a long time. I also started remembering my dreams more often, which I rarely used to be able to do, now it almost every day. After about a month, I needed a refill and BrainMD was out of stock. I purchased Horbaach's brand. My anxiety level went back to the level it was before BrainMD, and it was possibly even higher. When BrainMD (sadly at 3x the cost of Horbaach), became available again, I immediately threw out my largely full Horbacch bottle and right away felt calm again, sleeping better too.
