Not waterproof
It is not waterproof as advertised, and the sizing is small as mentioned (try to size up).If it wasn't advertised as waterproof it would be fine.

Great wee jacket
Wanted so much to keep this but returned because of the colour only. I had thought it was a burnt orange, instead it was a hi bud Similar to work wear

OK for light rain - not so good for Yorkshire rain.
I expect you have read some of the other reviews, and I mostly agree with them. The zip is fiddly but once started works well enough. Very good as a wind stop, but not so good in the rain. I have used this jacket a few times now, and while it was OK in Oxfordshire rain, it kept me dry enough. Yorkshire in August was too much for it. Not sure I can totally blame the jacket as there was so much water.If you are looking for a really waterproof jacket, spend a lot more money. If you want a jacket that will pack very small and light, this is perfect. I won't worry if the zip breaks or it gets nicked at the price very good value for money.

NOT WATERPROFF - Otherwise a very nice windproof top for the money
[] NOT WATERPROFF - Not tested it but I can suck air though the fabric, unlike my other now old regatta and montane tops. Not much better than my old "windproof" tops and heavier.[] Otherwise a very nice top - good bright safety top - good set of zipped pockets.[] Size - I am 40"100cm chest and L was a cosy fit with only thin undergarment, I would certainly go for next size for even a thin fleece.[] If it was as lightweight as my other windproof tops I would order a larger size as a safety colour top.[] If Amazon can't insist on accurate listings (same with another top that said it was waterproof) it will be down to the shops for testing!
