Same thing. They are officially called DeepBlue Coolers. They are "high performance" coolers, compared to, you know, Styrofoam coolers are mass-market $40 coolers.

15.25 x 32.5 - but all the edges are curved, so an entirely precise measurement is difficult. BTW, we love this cooler -- bought it to keep food frozen in the bed of a pickup while driving 8-10 hours across the desert in the summer heat, and it works really well.

It is a deep blue. We bought this instead of a yeti because it fit in my raft frame better. It is the best cooler I have ever owned.

What does the 80q weigh empty? (The product details section shows the shipping weight as less than the product weight, so that is suspect)

Google is your friend! Engel website lists this cooler at 33 lb. I can tell you they're not light! When full it's a 2-person job to move them. I guess that's why they do such a good job of keeping things cold. I've used ours rafting and they keep ice for 4 days at least.
