I love this humidifier! It's the first one I've had that allows control over the mist it produces. I use it around the clock to address my health issues. Filling the humidifier is simple and so is keeping it clean. The remote control is small, but it works fine.

They sent a tall model instead of the one in the picture but that was OK. it ran great for three weeks then stopped and leaked a gallon of water on the floor. I returned it. Better humidifiers and cheaper from Levoit on Amazon. I won’t buy Homedics brand again.

No white dust. We had a different brand that was also very noisy before this and it also produced a lot of white dust. Of course, it didn't have the mineral removing cartridges like this one. Produces a lot of humidity and almost doubles the discharge with the warm mist. Cleaning reminder with the ability to reset it if your weekend happens to be packed is a great feature. No mold buildup even after a few months of use with regular cleaning that takes about 5 minutes a week.

The humidifier works great, but the remote doesn’t work.

Well ordered it.. Returned it.. Got email from Homedics that was plain and simply obnoxious wanted to have image of SKU, Item Number etc.. But hadn't received yet but found a better model. I had exact one that failed in 3 years. Hence the return. Now somehow I have another one sent to me.. not sure why.

My wife had endoscopic sinus surgery. We set this up near her bed and she said it made a huge difference in terms of comfort especially during the first week. Highly recommend humidified air for this.Nice machine easy to use. Can last 24 hours depending on how it is set.For those who require total darkness for sleep, the control display is a little bright, but we just turned the machine around and it was fine for us.We will continue to use this machine regularly as we live in a lower humidity portion of the country.We did not use the sleep mode so I can’t comment on that.

Easy to fill. Easy to clean. Holds 2 gallons water shuts itself off when water gets low.

I would give a zero if I could. Product was sent in original store packaging, no protective packaging around it. Box appeared to be previously open,then taped shut. Product was damaged, see pictures. Water tank had a huge piece missing, and a crack at the steam spout.
