This product is VERY nice!! The reason that I decided on this was because I wanted something that would give me actual feedback on what I was doing.. I love how soft the liquid silicone is and it's so easy to clean. The app remote control feature really helps during training. This is a great product that strengthens your pelvic muscles.

I got mine in and only used it once but boy did it vibrate hard! It's very soft and when in its very comfortable. I dont trust that app so I won't download it but the settings it already has works!
