The media could not be loaded. I bough this electric fireplace to replace the one I had years ago. At first I was afraid to order, bite when I received it, I was very happy with the product. Its packaging is very good, there are no dents or scratches, everything is perfect and it looks very stylish and modern. A little afraid to order things for fear that it will be hard to install. Because I am female, I am afraid I won’t be able to complete the project. I can easily tell you that it is very easy to install. I didn’t even need instructions because everything was so straight forward. Everything about this electric fireplace is easy to use and the remote control is handy. The fireplace is very attractive, the heater is efficient and the timer allows it to be set to run for a specified time. Most of the different color changing features look pretty close to real flames to me, but some of the flames are obviously artificial, but I don’t care, because the device looks stylish and luxurious, and you’ll barely notice the flames are fake.

This is an excellent addition to our finished basement. It has the ambiance of a gas fireplace and the heater works like a space heater.The setup was easy because it is mounted with one flat bracket screwed into the wall - it hangs on the bracket. It didn't take much time at all. Then I just plugged it into a wall outlet and it worked great. No vents, no gas pipes - it just plugs in.The remote works very well and is easy to use. It controls the color of embers, the flame, and also the heat temperature.IMPORTANT NOTE: At first, we couldn't find the mounting bracket for the wall and almost returned the fireplace. The mounting bracket comes screwed onto the back of the fireplace with two screws. Remove the screws and then mount the bracket to your wall. The screw holes didn't line up with my wall studs so I used the slots to line up with the studs. This also gave me a little left-to-right adjustment which helped me to center the fireplace on my wall.So far I absolutely love my new fireplace!

I narrowed my choice of built-in (wall-mounted) electric fireplaces down to three features, not sure what the product would look like in the end, but decided to give it a try after a lot of research and chose this one because the construction looked solid.It did not disappoint me! The heater function is a great advantage during the cold winter months. Crystals and flames come in different colors so you can use them interchangeably and they have a lot to choose from.The dimensions listed on the Amazon page are correct for anyone who built ahead of time. I designed and built the fence before the fireplace was delivered. Two people can complete the installation easily.

We’ve only had the product for about a month but so far we love the look. It was easy to assemble and we love how it complements our TV wall. We have not used the heating feature but that was not the purpose of the purchase. So far we love it!

The media could not be loaded. So first off DO NOT build your insert frame until this thing arrives because the dimensions they provide online a poo. Specifically the width. My opening would have been perfect except they designed the box poorly and the power cord protrudes from the sides of the box instead of I'm the back so you have to account for the cord sticking out bc it's in the way! I had to use a drill to put a notch in the 2x4 to account for this. Other than that the fireplace is pretty nice. The additional colors are a gimic and tacky nobody wants a green fire lol. It looks more realistic in pic than in person. Less so in full light but it serves it's purpose. Low heat seems sufficient I don't see a scenario where I'll use the high heat.

I put up unit alone ,by following instructions to make it light enough . Love the colors and may have one more freeze to check heat ? Remote control far too small and hope this company goes into REMOTE control business because without it ,the unit useless ! Will follow up if any problems ! Wish I would cut out wall to sink it . But still nice and will come up with something . IT COULD BE THINNER ! Now I want one for deck without heat . Overall satisfied . Cannot wait till tonight with darkness run the lights here and tv will be all I use ! When I figure how to artificially bring wall out to match going to be dope

This thing works wonderfully! My family has really enjoyed having it in the home and it has been incredibly useful in cutting down the chill! Works great when it is inserted in a wall! Colors and settings are all a bonus! Love that it has timer settings for shutoff!

Easy to install and use. The colors are bright and the flames look like flames.The heater works great and the safety shutoff is perfect.We are extremely satisfied with our purchase ,and will recommend it to anyone.We like everything about it.We have no dislikes.We purchased the 70" unit for a unbelievably low price compared to other brands and the quality is excellent.

Llegó antes de lo acordado, empaquetado a la perfección y todo le sirve trae control y se puede operar manualmente, y la temperatura si se puede modificar, había leído que algunos no tenía control de termostato este si, super recomendable!!!

Llego bien y funciona también pero todavia no la coloco en la base donde va a ir puesta espero pronto ponerla

Sólo que pague la de 91 pulgadas y me mandaron una de 79 cms me urgía y por eso no la regrese, funciona muy bien

No se ve nada real, y lo peor de todo es que el control remoto no funcionó así que pedí otro control remoto y tampoco funcionó así que me di cuenta que lo que no funcionaba era la chimenea, osea no agarra la señal del control remoto. Pero Amazon con su excelente servicio me regresó el dinero.
