Perfect extension cord for things you’d like to turn off that are in hard to reach places. I love to use this for our Christmas tree.

Cord is about 9' long, switch is way down 3' by the plug (not halfway as some reviewers said). It works if your plug and outlet are right near each other on the floor.

It felt like a splurge at first but not having to twist my body to reach behind the tree in my apartment and plug in the tree lights and the wall lights was a big win. And you can turn on both at the same time. I found myself turning on the holiday lights more than prior and enjoyed the ambiance for the holidays.Only have had it about a month so I’m hoping it holds up for years to come.

I hooked up my Christmas lights to this extension cord and word perfectly. Convenient foot pedal was a plus.

It saves by back.....no bending over to plug/unplug tree. Just tap it. Many trees come with one but mine did not. Worth every penny.

Bought this extension cord with switch to use with our hanging lights around our deck. I did not have an outlet available that is operated by a wall switch. This switch/cord worked perfectly. I used stick-on clips to run the cord up the wall and out to the light cord... voila!I purchased the 9 foot cord. The switch is 36 inches from the plug end.

I have several of these, which are actually designed to step on to easily turn on or off a lamp, usually a floor lamp. I have used these for all of my mother's lamps including her table lamps, putting the large floor button on the arm of the furniture so it's beside her, not on the floor, so she can just push on the button and the lamp goes on or off. She is a senior with very bad arthritis in her hands and can't turn those little buttons or knobs on lamps. This works perfectly. Easy to push.

This was purchased to allow me to turn on and off the Christmas tree as the new one did not include this option on the light cord. The only downside for me is the switch is located about a foot and a half from the plug to the wall. I would have preferred it be longer as the outlet is located behind a sidebar which made accessing it difficult. This was an oversight on my part. No complaints with cord used it for a month.

I purchased this to control a set of 'Hollywood Lights' for the wife's makeup table which I had to wire individually as they were initially for hardwiring only. The cord, and switch work perfectly for my application.

No me fijé que no tiene entrada para tierra y eso limita mucho su funcionalidad. Pero tiene un apagador, lo cual es bueno. Es barata.
