I'm trying to reduce my refined foods. I started mixing 1/2 cup Einkorn in with my Wheat and Rye berries which I steam like rice. I stir min miscellaneous other things and eat that for lunch with a vegetable and some home made yogurt/berries. I'll eventually phase the wheat out completely. Eating the meal I can't say I can discern the difference, which is good actually. When I run out of wheat berries and I'm eating mostly Einkorn I'll feel better about having a purer form of grain.

Smells musty once I opened the bag. After cooking, the musty odor was even stronger, I tried to eat but felt upset. They are only selling 15 pounds package and non-refundable. 70 DOLLAR WASTED!

I have yet to taste the bread from these wheat berries as it is fermenting, but the customer service is impressive. You get what you pay for with small companies! The bread will be ready tomorrow!

Excellent flavor! Great value for the money, especially for Einkorn grain. Blends well.
